More jobs won. Less of your week on the phone.
Every HVAC company loses work somewhere. For some, it's the call that rings while you're under a furnace, so the homeowner calls the next company on Google. For others, it's a quote that goes quiet after you send it.
The first call is where we find out which one costs you the most. If it's neither, I'll tell you.
That's exactly what we fix.
Every call gets answered and booked while you finish the job, and every quote gets followed up until the customer replies. These are the three places to start.
Missed-call text-back
When you miss a call on a job, the caller gets a text from you within a minute.
Quote follow-up
Every quote gets a short check-in on day two, five and ten, until the customer answers.
Booked while you work
The emergency call gets answered and put on your calendar while you finish the job.

Review replies
Every Google review gets a reply in your voice within hours. You approve each one from your phone before it posts.
Maintenance reminders
Before the season turns, last year's customers get a reminder to book their tune-up. They can book it right from the text.
On-the-way texts
The homeowner gets a text when the truck is on its way, with who's coming and when. Your office gets fewer "where are you?" calls.
Referral asks
When a customer is happy with the job, they get a note asking them to pass your name along. The link is ready to share.
After-hours dispatch
An emergency call at 11pm gets answered. It asks what's wrong and sends the details to whoever is on call.

Your team runs it
Questions owners ask
Yes. We set it up for you, and it comes back working. Then your team runs it, and I stay close while they learn. I work as your advisor, so you won't get one more vendor sending you a to-do list.
Tools I license and set up with my own process. They're part of the work, so you never buy them on your own. When the work is done, you decide whether to keep them or switch to something else.
No. There's nothing to install and nothing to learn. You'll test it from your own phone, the same way your customers will use it.
No, and that's usually the point. It answers, follows up or books the job while your people keep working.
I'll give you one number on the call, once I understand the problem. I never charge by the hour. There's a setup fee for the plan and the build. After that, a small monthly fee covers it while your team runs it, and you can cancel any time.
On the first call, we agree on what fixed means and how we'll measure it. We build it in the background, and you test it before it goes live. After that, you'll see it in next week's calls and bookings, so you'll know early if it's working.
An onboarding call of about an hour and a half, plus access to the phone line, calendar or inbox the fix touches. We'll also ask how you want customers handled. After that, we just need your feedback as we go.
No. We work over Google Meet, and you test everything from your own phone, so it works wherever you are. I'm based in Portsmouth, NH.
We meet every two weeks while your team settles in, with a check-in in between. Then we hand it over, and it's yours. Support stays available on the monthly fee.
The problem costing you the most deserves to be done right. A pile of new tools won't fix it. Once the first fix pays for itself, we pick the next one.
When the phone isn't where you lose work. If every call already gets answered and every quote gets a follow-up, this won't add much. It's also the wrong time if you're booked out for weeks and can't take on more jobs. I'll tell you on the first call if that's you.
Ask me on the call. I'll tell you what I've done and what I haven't, including for businesses like yours.
What it's worth to you
Fix the right problem and you can finish the job in front of you. The quotes you already sent stop going quiet.
Count last month's quotes that nobody followed up on. Winning back one usually covers the cost. You're paying for the result, not for software.
Chris Battis built AI systems for Google and The Home Depot. Now he builds them for businesses your size, and your team runs them.
Watch it handle a call like yours
In 45 minutes, I'll show you how it answers a call like the ones you get, and how the job ends up on your calendar. Bring a call you missed last week, and we'll walk through what would have happened.
